An Indian YouTuber recently caught the internet’s attention worldwide after he criticised Las Vegas’ one of the premium hotels Caesars Palace over a frustrating experience. He had asked for a simple glass of water but was shocked as he was offered a bottle worth $14.99 (approximately Rs 1200). Annoyed by the high cost, he took to X and called out the establishment for their disappointing service. While it’s unclear if he got the water for free or not, the situation took a positive turn. The hotel upgraded his room at no extra cost and the content creator shared images of his new room on social media. Despite criticising them, the influencer also appreciated the hotel staff who helped him shift his luggage.

The content creator didn’t just share photos of his upgraded room, he also posted smiling pictures of himself from different spots in the new space. He also made sure to show the positive experience by featuring staff members who helped with his luggage. In his posts, the content creator praised their helpful service. He wrote, “Thank you Caesar’s Palace for the upgrade. I’m glad you heard me. Really excited for the next few days.” In another post, he added, “Staff was really helpful this time.”

This time, even Caesars Palace acknowledged his tweet and wrote, “We’re excited to have you at our resort! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out. Feel free to message us if anything else is needed. We hope you have a great rest of your time in Las Vegas.”

Another mentioned, “Hope they also gave you plenty of water. Influencer power works every time.”

“Wow Tweeting is the easiest way to get an upgrade. Lesson learned,” a comment read.

Another jokingly asked, “Sach bolne Upgrade chahiye tha iss liye tweet kiya tha na (You tweeted because you needed an upgrade, right)?”

An individual shared, “Upgrade instead of water bottle? Looks like they got scammed.”

One more added, “The power of raising a voice for the right things.”

Since the content creator shared the post on X, it has garnered over 86,000 views.
