Mannat, which SRK and Gauri Khan acquired in 2001, has become a symbol of their dreams, aspirations, and success. Over the years, Gauri, a renowned interior designer, has meticulously crafted their home into an architectural masterpiece. Now, she’s taking it up a notch. Last November, she sought permission from the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) to add two more floors to the Mannat annexe.
With such extensive renovations underway, the Khan family has decided to relocate for the next two years—but they’re not going far!
Luxury Living in Pali Hill
According to a Hindustan Times report, SRK’s production company, Red Chillies Entertainment, has signed a lease with film producer Vashu Bhagnani’s children, Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshikha Deshmukh, for a swanky four-floor residence in Puja Casa, Pali Hill. The apartment, though not as sprawling as Mannat, has been carefully selected to cater to the family’s needs, including SRK’s security and staff.
SRK’s Big-Screen Comeback with ‘King’
While Mannat undergoes its transformation, SRK is gearing up for another blockbuster project. His much-anticipated film, ‘King’, directed by Siddharth Anand, is set to roll cameras in March 2025.

The movie, which is being positioned as a high-octane cinematic spectacle, will be shot across multiple international locations over six to seven months. Fans can expect a grand theatrical release in 2026.
